“Let’s Poet” Lights Up the Virtual Stage with Creativity and Community

On January 25th at 7 PM Central, “Let’s Poet” delivered an evening to remember. With artistry, humor, and a celebration of culture, this virtual event brought together creatives from all walks of life. Hosted by the powerhouse trio Nita Chase, Stephanie C. Piper, and Nuri Desvigne—with the steady support of LA Rabsatt—the evening reflected the theme “Erase & Embrace,” sparking transformation, unity, and growth among attendees.

Let’s Poet Virtual Stage

The live show wasn’t just an event; it was a movement rooted in love and resilience. It erased barriers and embraced the richness of voices within our creative community. Performers poured their hearts out through poetry and storytelling, each sharing perspectives that reinforced the essence of #LoveAbovetheLabel—choosing to see the person beyond their circumstances, background, or societal tags. This love transcended labels and united the audience through shared vulnerability, passion, and connection.

Each story and poem embodied the spirit of the #Overcomer—a reminder that we all have the strength to rise above challenges and emerge stronger. Whether through shared experiences of pain, joy, or triumph, the performances became testimonies to perseverance and personal growth. It was a night of celebrating victories, big or small, and finding beauty in overcoming.

The theme “Erase & Embrace” wasn’t just a catchy title; it was the heartbeat of the event. It inspired us all to release prejudices and embrace authenticity. This aligns seamlessly with what Cultures of Art, Poetry & Short Stories (C.A.P.S.) stands for—bringing diverse voices together to build bridges and foster transformation through artistic expression. Every performance reinforced that art is more than words; it’s a connection, a journey, and a shared humanity.

A heartfelt thank-you to LA Rabsatt, whose behind-the-scenes support helped the evening flow effortlessly. Her adaptability and selfless contributions exemplified what “Let’s Poet” is all about—a community where everyone plays a vital role in creating something extraordinary.

To honor the efforts of this incredible team, I’m proud to present Nita Chase, Stephanie Piper, Nuri Desvigne, and LA Rabsatt with a Combined Certificate of Excellence for their teamwork and unwavering dedication. Additionally, each will receive an Individual Certificate of Appreciation for their unique roles in making the night unforgettable.

“Let’s Poet” is more than just a platform; it’s a beacon for creativity, community, and meaningful change. This event proved that when we erase divides and embrace differences—not just in art but in life—we unlock the power of unity and transformation.

To Nita, Stephanie, Nuri, and LA—thank you for embodying “Erase & Embrace” with grace, humor, and authenticity. Your passion continues to light the way for artists and dreamers alike. On behalf of the C.A.P.S. family, I look forward to watching this virtual stage grow and thrive, amplifying voices that need to be heard.

Sincerely,
