You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the unsubscribe option in the message or by contacting info@kvinc.org. KVI may still send non-promotional messages needed for orders, account security, customer support, rights requests, or other service-related purposes.

03 • Privacy Rights Requests

Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of personal data, information about disclosures, or opt out of certain sale, targeted-advertising, or profiling activities.

Submit a request through the Contact page or email info@kvinc.org with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. KVI may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

04 • Do Not Sell / Targeted Advertising Choices

KVI does not sell personal information for monetary consideration as a general practice. If an activity is treated as a sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling under applicable law, KVI will provide the notice and opt-out mechanism required for that activity. Available site controls should be used where provided.

05 • Authorized Agents & Appeals

Where applicable law permits an authorized agent to submit a privacy request, KVI may request proof of authorization. If applicable law gives you a right to appeal a denied privacy request, you may reply to KVI’s decision or contact info@kvinc.org and clearly state that you are appealing the decision.

06 • Protect Your Information

Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, payment-provider login credentials, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary highly sensitive information through ordinary email, comments, or public forms.
