01 • Acceptance & Legal Capacity

By using the site, submitting content, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.

Purchases and payment-provider accounts must be made by a person who has legal capacity to enter the transaction and who satisfies any age or eligibility requirements imposed by PayPal, Payhip, or another provider. Parents or guardians are responsible for purchases they authorize for minors.

02 • Products, Services & Availability

KVI may offer digital books, magazines, music, physical publications, footwear, art-related products, commissioned work, editorial or creative services, and other releases. Product descriptions, images, availability, production timing, and pricing may change before an order is accepted.

Made-to-order and custom products may require additional production time and may have special cancellation or return limits described in the Payment & Refund Policy.

03 • Orders & Customer-Entered Payments

Some KVI payments use a customer-entered amount. You must enter the exact listed or quoted amount and identify the product, service, size or variant, delivery details, and invoice/reference information when applicable.

KVI may contact you to correct an incomplete or inconsistent order before fulfillment. If an incorrect amount is submitted, KVI may request the balance, issue a correction or refund, or cancel the transaction as appropriate.

04 • Payment Providers & Financing

KVI uses third-party payment services, including PayPal and Payhip. Their separate terms and privacy practices apply when you use their services.

PayPal may present Pay Later or other financing options to eligible customers. KVI is not a lender and does not make credit decisions, set financing rates, or control repayment terms. Any financing is subject to the provider’s approval, disclosures, and terms.

05 • Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Physical orders are governed by the Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, digital-product issues, made-to-order items, service payments, and refunds are governed by the Payment & Refund Policy. These policies do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

06 • Donations & Cause Support

KVI Unites Writers/Creators support through GoFundMe or another fundraising platform is separate from the purchase of KVI products or services. Unless expressly stated by the applicable organization and permitted by law, KVI does not represent that a contribution is tax-deductible.

07 • Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity under your account. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site security, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted data, or misuse another person’s information.

08 • Contributor Content & Publication Rights

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, contributors retain ownership of their original work. By submitting work for publication, the contributor represents that they have the rights needed to submit it and grants KVI Network Creations and Krafty Page ChronicleS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to edit for formatting and accessibility, publish, display, reproduce, distribute, archive, and promote the submitted work in authorized digital, print, magazine, social, and marketing channels.

KVI will not treat publication as a transfer of the contributor’s underlying copyright unless a separate signed agreement expressly provides otherwise. See the Copyright Policy.

09 • Prohibited Conduct & Community Moderation

Users may not post unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, hateful, malicious, privacy-invasive, impersonating, or spam content. KVI may moderate or remove content and restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the community, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. See Spamming & Posting Comments.

10 • Intellectual Property

KVI-owned site design, branding, logos, product presentation, original KVI works, and other protected materials may not be copied, sold, republished, commercially exploited, or used to imply endorsement without permission. Contributor-owned works remain subject to their respective rights.

11 • Third-Party Services & Links

The site may link to or integrate third-party services such as PayPal, Payhip, GoFundMe, streaming platforms, social networks, embedded media, analytics, hosting, and email services. KVI does not control third-party availability, security, content, eligibility decisions, or independent terms.

12 • Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The site and content are provided on an “as available” basis. KVI does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free third-party services, or that every external link remains available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KVI Network Creations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13 • Privacy

KVI’s collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

14 • Governing Law & Severability

These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without limiting any consumer protection that must apply under another jurisdiction’s law.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

15 • Changes to These Terms

KVI may update these Terms when services, payment methods, laws, or business practices change. The revised date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.
