What kind of work can I submit?
Original poetry, fiction, essays, articles, book excerpts, photography, visual art, and other creative work relevant to the open call.
Do I need a professional photo?
No. A headshot is optional for spotlight requests.
How do I submit files?
Use the upload fields or share links requested in the form. Make sure any shared link can be opened by the editorial team.
What if an upload fails?
Keep a copy of your answers and use the backup Google upload form for files. Complete the main submission form when possible.
Who owns the work I submit?
You should submit work you own or have permission to share. Review the publishing standards and the form’s permission questions before submitting.
Does submission guarantee publication?
No. The editorial team reviews submissions and may contact you about next steps.

Support the creative network
If you value KVI Network’s independent author and artist spotlights, editorial work, and creative community, you are welcome to make a voluntary contribution to our existing KVI Unites Creators’ Fund. Suggested amounts are $5, $10, and $25, or you can choose Other to enter a custom amount on KVI Network’s official PayPal donation page. PayPal processes contributions securely.
No contribution is required to submit work or request a spotlight. Giving does not influence editorial decisions, guarantee publication, or purchase promotional services. Contributions to KVI Network Creations, LLC are not tax-deductible charitable gifts.
Submission guidance, creator rights & publishing standards
Before You Submit
Writers, poets, artists, photographers, and other creators may submit original work, while published authors and creative professionals may request an author or artist spotlight. Select the purpose that best matches your submission in the form below.
This public submission form is for contributors age 18 or older. Submission does not guarantee acceptance or publication. KVI Network reviews work for editorial fit, authorship, presentation quality, and alignment with the requested feature. Contributors retain copyright to their original work unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
For original writing or artwork, paste your work or provide a shareable cloud-storage link KVI can open without signing in. For an author or artist spotlight, enter your biography directly in the biography field, summarize the featured work, and provide a separate direct link to your author photograph or artwork. A book-store page is not a substitute for a headshot.
Upload your documents and images directly in the main submission form. You may also paste written work or provide an accessible shareable link when that is more appropriate. Verify that any share link opens without a password before submitting. Keep a copy of your work and do not submit passwords, private-access credentials, financial information, government identification, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

They explain prohibited material, cultural respect, original-work requirements, creator credits, AI disclosure, and KVI’s editorial review process. By submitting, you agree to follow these standards.
