Spamming & Posting Comments

01 • No Spam or Deceptive Promotion

Do not use comments, forms, community features, or contact channels for mass messaging, repetitive promotion, deceptive offers, phishing, malware, unwanted commercial links, automated spam, or excessive self-promotion unrelated to the discussion.

02 • Respectful & Constructive Participation

Keep contributions relevant and treat writers, artists, readers, staff, and other community members with respect. Criticism and disagreement are welcome when focused on ideas rather than personal attacks.

03 • Prohibited Content

• harassment, threats, bullying, hate speech, or targeted abuse;
• impersonation, fraud, scams, phishing, or intentionally misleading identity claims;
• malicious links, malware, unauthorized access attempts, or security abuse;
• copyright or other intellectual-property infringement;
• posting another person’s private or sensitive information without lawful authority;
• unlawful content or content that materially interferes with site operation or community safety.

04 • Moderation

KVI may review, hold, edit for moderation clarity, remove, close, or restrict comments or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules, protect users, address legal or security concerns, or maintain the integrity of the Platform. Moderation decisions do not transfer ownership of a user’s original content to KVI.

05 • Reporting

Report suspected spam, abuse, privacy violations, scams, or other concerns through the Contact page. Copyright complaints should follow the Copyright Policy.

06 • Consequences & Review

Depending on the circumstances, KVI may issue a warning, remove content, restrict posting, suspend access, or permanently remove an account or community participant. A person who believes a moderation action was mistaken may contact KVI with the relevant URL and explanation for review.
