Where poetry meets heritage, global voices and environmental awareness.
23–28 NOVEMBER 2026 · MOLEPOLOLE, BOTSWANA
Across borders and languages, poetry creates space for stories that deserve to be heard. This November, Botswana becomes a gathering place for literary expression, cultural heritage and creative exchange.
The Botswana International Poetry Festival brings together poets, speakers and cultural contributors for a programme that connects literary performance with heritage and environmental awareness. The opening two days, 23–24 November, introduce poetry readings, guest addresses, cultural performances and conservation-themed creative work.
