What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?
My favorite physical activities are rooted in discipline and resilience, honed during my time as a U.S. Marine. Running and cardio keep me sharp and energized, while strength training and functional exercises build endurance and mental toughness—skills drilled into me through military training. Martial arts and other conditioning exercises enhance coordination, focus, and self-control. These routines aren’t just about physical health; they reflect the mindset and work ethic instilled in me during my service, helping me stay balanced, resilient, and ready for any challenge.
