1. Daily Prompt: The challenge begins November 1st with the first word: “Frostbite.”
2. Submission Options: Share a poem, prose, or spoken word piece—50–100 words or a 1–3 minute video/audio link.
3. Where to Post: CAPS members Only must post in both the group section and our website comments to qualify for a chance to win. Other Visitors: Post below 👇

5. Qualification: You must post daily to be eligible.
