Business Days: Our shipping and processing are conducted Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days after processing.

Overnight Shipping: Orders placed by 12 PM EST will arrive the following business day.

Shipping rates vary depending on the shipping method, order weight, and destination. Final rates will be calculated at checkout.

3. International Shipping

Krafty Pages Magazine ships internationally to select countries. International shipping times and rates vary by destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees. The recipient is responsible for any additional charges upon delivery.

5. Shipping Delays

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We may request photos of the damage for quality control and insurance purposes, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please wait 24 hours, as packages may sometimes be delayed. After this period, contact us, and we will assist in locating your package.
